Cenergy Solutions converted a Toyota Tundra, 5.7-liter, 8-cylinder engine to run on either gasoline, CNG, wellhead gas or biogas, expanding the fuels that it can inexpensively run on with low emissions.

November 17, 2022 – Cenergy Solutions’ Multi-Fuel system can run on several types of fuels and still meet the stringent emissions standards in California. The Electronic Control Unit used by Cenergy Solutions can be programmed for different fuels (Gasoline, CNG, Wellhead Gas, Biogas) to allow the right amount of gas into the cylinders depending on methane or BTU content of the gas being used. Cenergy Solutions’ ECU maps the fuel and emissions of the manufacturer’s ECU and adjusts Cenergy’s ECU settings for pipeline, wellhead or biogas allowing the engine to meet or exceed the performance and emissions of the engine when running on gasoline.
